Ingredients: -1 cup of raisins -1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips -1 teaspoon of coconut oil -Pinch of sea salt Instructions: 1. Place the raisins in a bowl. 2. In a double boiler or a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together, stirring until the mixture is smooth. 3. Add a pinch of sea salt to the melted chocolate mixture and stir. 4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the raisins, stirring to evenly coat the raisins. 5. Spread the chocolate covered raisins on a parchment lined baking sheet and allow them to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
